Center State Communications - ISP

Hello, and welcome to Center State Communications! I would like to first thank you for being a customer of our company. If you are not a customer yet thank you for visiting our website and considering us for your Dial-Up Access, Web-Site Design/Hosting and Email Products and Services.

I'm not normally a fan of "letters from CEOs" in emails or websites - mainly because I don't feel like the CEO is the one writing the letter. However, I'm writing this letter and it's important to me that all of you know that.

Carolyn and I started this company nearly one year ago. I'm not going to pretend like we set out on day one to become the company we are today - we did not. Along the way there have been many twists, turns, ups and downs. We've been through an awful lot since late 2004/early 2005.

When I look back on the past year, the three things that have stayed the same are the quality of our products and services. The people who help make Center State Communications bigger and better and our genuine commitment to serving our customers. Carolyn and I have worked hard over the year to make sure we bring the right products and services into our company – along with the staff who help make our company what it is today. We chose our Agents, Engineers and Technical Support Staff based on smarts, work ethic, and values and we make sure that the people who help make Center State Communications a better company are passionate about their careers and committed to our cause.

As I look forward to the next couple of years and beyond, I am as excited as I've ever been. We've built an awesome product/service line and our team could not be any better, we have a lot of happy customers, and we're becoming more financially stable as the weeks go on and growing by leaps and bounds.

As I close this letter, there is one thing I want to stress to anyone that does business with us or is contemplating doing so in the future: I am personally committed to building a great company, a great place to work, and an organization that treats customers the way they should be treated. Yes, everyone says this, but how many deliver?
