Center State Communications had its beginnings with offering web site consultation that assisted customers with design, development, troubleshooting and uploading of web sites. After just a few weeks CSC expanded its product line and began to offer its clients Email Services, Domain Name Registration, E-Commerce, Search Engine Submissions, Online Data Storage, Web-Site Hosting, Secure SSL Certificates and many other ranges of Internet Based Products & Services. CSC is always working hard to make its Products & Services better than others on the market. Center State Communications began as Willowbend Web Designs when it was founded by Carolyn Malfara in 2003. As a Millersville University graduate and certified teacher, Carolyn had worked for the Tuscarora Intermediate Unit where she had developed and taught computer classes while employed as an Adult Instructor.

In December of 2004, Carolyn entered into a business partnership with Scott A. Shelley. Scott had been a Senior Technical Specialist with Tricountyi-net, a former local Internet Service Provider, for over five years and they had collaborated on many projects over the years. He and Carolyn shared the same vision for quality service and customer satisfaction. Scott brought an extensive background in computer repair, network management and web design. His experience allowed the company to begin offering domain registration and web hosting in house. We are also available for computer repair services at our office or yours.

With Carolyn and Scott's combined experiences, it wasn't long until CSC decided to offer small custom print jobs, such as brochures, business cards, and wedding invitations in crisp color laser format, and Willowbend Web Designs became Center State Communications. Because we are an owner operated design firm, it allows us a great deal of flexibility on our projects. This enables us to work with each client on an individual basis to offer complete creative control and a solution that meets your individual goals and budget.

Willowbend Web Designs was founded on the principle of fast, personal and professional service at very affordable prices. The tradition continues today with Center State Communications.
